The White House: New policy – forget Bin Laden

Now, that of course would be sooo convenient, wouldn’t it? Now that catching OBL is becoming bad press for the new republican candidate, it suddenly doesn’t matter anymore.

“Q But Osama bin Laden is the one that — you keep talking about his lieutenants, and, yes, they are very important, but Osama bin Laden was the mastermind of 9/11 –

PERINO: No, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was the mastermind of 9/11, and he’s sitting in jail right now.”

Well – we all know how you get to that conclusion, don’t we? Why don’t you brag about having caught the real Kennedy assassin as well?

“Perino suggested that it would take “superpowers” to catch bin Laden. “So there are human limitations to any — this is not the movies, we don’t have superpowers,” she said.”

Ah! Ok, then.

So, John McCain has superpowers???? WOW. Didn’t know that…

How dangerous is GWB?

From vowe’s comments:

“In the night England played in Stuttgart during the World Cup there were a total of 1900 policemen working to deal with hooligans and they arrested 375. Mr. Bush gets a total of 12500 policemen ergo Mr. Bush is as dangerous as 2467 English hooligans.”

Bush on Sovereignity

I’m happy to see the world’s security is in such capable hands.

Oh, and happy 4th of July, everyone! Time to remember what this was all about, I guess ;)
