GMail spam-o-meter

I have an R&D request: my GMail account filters spam near perfectly, and it deletes spam after thirty days.

It also shows me the number of spam mails in the spam folder. This number tells me how many spam mails there were in the last 30 days. This number moves constantly (right nw somewhere between 5900 and 6400). When the number is on the higher level, this is a sign for high spam activity.

Wouldn’t it be neat to have a service read that number and show a graph?

Now go forth and develop ;)

Oh, and by the way – what’s your usual number???

    To be honest: nothing.
