Want umemployment benefits in germany? Prepare to work in a brothel…

This is unbelievable:

“A 25-year-old waitress who turned down a job providing “sexual services” at a brothel in Berlin faces possible cuts to her unemployment benefit under laws introduced this year.

  1. No, not an “urban legend” except for the fact, that the job agency cannot force someone to work as a prostitute (right now).
But since 01/01/05 there seems to be no lower limit for an job offer according “Hartz IV”-law.
And because prostitution has a legal status since 2002 you can search for a job in that “business” with the help of a job agency, oficially, legally.
