Prepare to get screwed by DRM

The Inquirer joins the crowd of people asking the obvious questions about DRM:

“Why would a consumer want to buy something that has more restrictions and less functionality for more money than current solutions?”

One of the problems is that companies advocating DRM have no ideas what their customers think, and do not even talk to them.
