Bush gets the internet

(Via Jeffrey McManus:) It looks like George W. Bush finally gets the internet:

“This super-cool campaign banner generator on http://www.georgewbush.com/ lets you create your own customized Bush/Cheney campaign poster. You can insert your own message, print it out, and put it on your wall; if you printed enough of them, you could probably also use them to heat your home for a few days after your unemployment benefits run out and the power company comes and turns your gas off.

I really applaud the President’s campaign for bringing this interactive feature to their Web site. It’s clear that they are really starting to “get” the Internet! Check out the cool banners that I created!”

Hilarious. I wonder if this will give him new ideas on how to extend the Patriot Act. Don’t look too patriotic to me, those banners….
