fotokey: New free gallery software

[via JOHO the blog:] Paul English has released a new Perl based CGI to create image galleries on web sites. From a first look this seems simple enough for me to give it a try – looks like something I’ve been looking for for a while.

  1. You should also look at gallery http://gallery.sf.net/ – it’s easy to install, manages multiple albums and users, supports all common web image formats, uploads files via the desktop or web interface, and has a huge following. Not perl (it’s PHP), but it’s open source and free.
