Apple has released Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Update 3.13 which brings support for new cameras:

- Canon EOS-1D X
- Nikon D800E
- Nikon D3200
- Olympus OM-D E-M5
- Panasonic LUMIX DMC-GF5
- Sony Alpha SLT-A57

You can get it via Software update. I haven’t tried it yet, but I have used Lightroom 4.1 Release Candidate 2 which also supports the OM-D:

Amazon Warehouse currently lists the Olympus OM-D E-M5 from EUR 1.000,09!
