Most of my business trips can be done in a day (thank god – I really enjoy being with my family at least in the evenings). I drive off when it’s still dark outside, then rush back in the early evening. Even on most multi-day trips, our customers are usually large corporate entities, located far away from city centers, or sometimes even in industrial areas.
This one is different. The company is located in the city centre of Nuernberg, one of germanys prettiest cities. There is a big castle near the city centre. The medieval city centre was badly damaged in WWII, but has been rebuilt nicely.
Here are a few pics that I took with my iPhone on my walk back to the hotel today. (Funny enough, the iPhone thinks the pictures were taken in the United Kingdom – go figure.)
