Blackberry won’t sync to Outlook 2003

My employer decided to upgrade to Outlook 2003 recently. Unfortunately, it seems there are problems syncing the Blackberry to it now: the Outlook option is greyed out in the sync settings.

The few hints I got through Google didn’t help – any ideas?

I’d really like to use it, but syncing is quite important to me.

Are there other programs than the Blackberry desktop that can sync?

    make sure the timezones on both the blackberry and outlook are exactly the same, has helped some users.

    Finally used the outlook 2003 to do a repair, and then deleted the DM and reinstall again. Now everything is working great.
